Featuring eight remote-controllable 1073® preamps in a compact 2U rack, the 1073OPX combines classic sound with modern convenience for space-conscious studios.

Key Features:

1. USB/ADAT Digital Option: Enhance your setup with the optional 1073OPX USB/ADAT Card. It offers two modes:
• USB/ADAT Hub mode: Expands the 1073OPX into a USB Audio Interface, supporting up to 16 inputs and 10 outputs through a single USB connection.
• ADAT standalone mode: Digitally expands ADAT-compatible interfaces using optical connections, adding eight 1073 preamps and stereo output.

2. Remote Control: The 1073OPX app enables remote control of switch settings, gain, and routing. Ideal for modern studios, live venues, and broadcast setups. Control up to eight OPX units for 64 remote-controlled preamps.

3. USB/Dante AD/DA Conversion: With the optional 1073OPX USB/Dante Card (sold separately), experience premium AD/DA conversion up to 192kHz for all eight preamps. Dual ethernet ports offer redundancy in Dante networks, while USB 2.0 connection turns the preamp into a complete studio interface.

4. Marinair® Transformers: Employing patented Marinair® transformers ensures unmatched preamp quality and tone across the eight microphone inputs.

5. 1dB Stepped Gain: Achieve ultimate accuracy with 1dB stepped gain control, perfect for stereo pairs and instrument groups through local or remote adjustments.

6. Mic, Line, DI Inputs: Versatile inputs for microphone, line, and instrument sources with separate gain settings, tailored for modern recording setups.

7. Class A DI: Unique class-A design and FET transistor in the instrument DI deliver musical coloration and high performance.

8. Smart Switch Controls: Intelligent phantom power circuit supplies +48v to microphone inputs only. PAD switch offers -25dB attenuation, and 180-degree phase flip aids multi-microphone setups. An 80Hz 12dB/Octave filter cuts unwanted bass frequencies.

9. Lo Z Impedance: Toggle between 1.2kOhms and 300Ohms to optimize preamp impedance for any microphone type.

10. Front & Rear Connections: Dual input connections with independent switching allow seamless integration into studio racks without the need for re-patching.

11. Monitoring & Summing: Analog and digital monitor paths connect to loudspeakers with headphone monitoring. Preamp outputs can be routed to the monitor path for latency-free monitoring or summing.

UK Non Mainland – Not eligible for free shipping. These areas include (but are not limited to) Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Jersey, Guernsey, Northern Ireland, Orkney, Scottish Highlands and Shetland. Shipping costs for these ares will be calculated at checkout.

International/Export – Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout. All orders that are in stock we aim to dispatch from our warehouse within 48 hours. We ship all orders outside of the UK, NI, Isle of Man, Channel Islands via Fedex. All prices and delivery charges are exclusive of VAT for export. The customer is responsible to pay for any additional duties and charges.
