In your workflow

Shape the instrument around the song.

A bass part needs the right playing style as well as the right notes. Electric Bass provides different articulations alongside pickup, tone and amplifier controls, letting you develop the feel and timbre together. Use a softer sound behind the arrangement or a more defined attack when the line needs to lead.
