Delivery options

UK mainland delivery
Eligible UK mainland orders over £99 qualify for free standard shipping, usually 1–3 working days. Express options such as next working day, pre-12pm, pre-10.30am, Saturday delivery and specific-date delivery may be offered at checkout where available.
UK non-mainland
Non-mainland locations are not eligible for free mainland shipping. This includes Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Jersey, Guernsey, Northern Ireland, Orkney, Scottish Highlands and Shetland. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Click & Collect
In-stock items can be collected free of charge from SX Pro, 5 Focal Point, Lacerta Court, Letchworth, Herts SG6 1FJ. Please bring photo ID and your order confirmation when collecting.
International / export
International delivery charges are calculated at checkout. Most orders outside the UK, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands can be shipped via FedEx or DHL, with available options shown at checkout. Import VAT, duty, clearance fees and local charges are payable by the customer.
Large items / freight
Ordering a console, desk, furniture or oversized item?
Larger shipments can depend on the item size, weight, destination and access requirements. Checkout may show an initial delivery charge, but some freight orders need a confirmed quote before dispatch. If that applies, we’ll contact you before shipping.

Click & Collect orders
Selecting Click & Collect at checkout does not mean that your order is ready for immediate collection. Please wait for us to contact you to confirm that your order is ready, or contact us before travelling to collect it. If an item is not currently in stock when you order, we will advise you when it is expected to be ready and contact you again once it is available for collection.
In-stock items and dispatch
Products marked “In Stock” and eligible for next working day delivery can usually be ordered up to 3.30pm on a working day for next working day delivery options. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will normally be processed on the next working day.
Items not currently in stock
Products that are not currently in stock are subject to supplier availability and turnaround time. Some boutique or specialist products may take two weeks or more depending on the manufacturer’s lead time. Please contact us before ordering if you need something quickly.
Delivery times are estimates
Delivery times shown on the website, at checkout or quoted by our team are estimates unless we have expressly agreed a specific delivery commitment with you. We will always aim to dispatch promptly and keep you informed if an issue affects your order.
Courier services
Our main UK courier is DPD, although we may also use other courier services such as DPD Local, UPS or a specialist freight provider where appropriate. For international orders, available courier options may include FedEx and DHL depending on destination and service availability. When using DPD, customers usually receive tracking and a 1-hour delivery window.
VAT, duties and local charges
Where an order qualifies as an export, prices and delivery charges may be shown excluding UK VAT. The customer is responsible for any import VAT, customs duty, clearance fees, brokerage charges or local taxes applied by the destination country or courier.
