Moog Moogerfooger MF-102S Ring Modulator Plug-in is a ring-modulation effect. Move from gentle tremolo to metallic, inharmonic textures with MF-102S. The software recreation of Moog’s MF-102 combines ring modulation, a carrier oscillator and an LFO for experimental processing of instruments, vocals and rhythmic material.

Explore carrier and stereo movement

Choose mono or stereo carrier behaviour, including panning and reversed relationships. Bipolar or unipolar LFO operation and virtual CV connections let you build animated modulation that interacts with other Moogerfooger effects.

Compatibility and licence

This is the Mac/PC software edition. It supports macOS 11.7 or later on Intel or Apple silicon, and Windows 10 or later on 64-bit Intel systems. Formats: VST3, Audio Units on macOS, and AAX.

Download the installer through your Moog Software account and activate using the built-in licensing dialogue. The separately sold iOS edition is not included.
