Product overview

McDSP SPC2000 Serial/Parallel Compressor v7 is a multi-stage compressor suite. Build a dynamics chain inside one processor with SPC2000. Its two-, three- and four-stage configurations combine serial and parallel compression, allowing you to distribute gain control or blend different responses around the source.

Explore connected compression stages

Use compression-curve modelling and alternative peak-detection circuits to set the character of each stage. Linked controls simplify coordinated edits, while the routing options support anything from layered vocal levelling to more assertive parallel drum processing.

Compatibility and licence

Choose the edition for your workflow. Native supports AAX Native, AU and VST3. HD includes those formats and adds AAX DSP support for compatible Pro Tools hardware. Both editions run on macOS and Windows and are supplied as digital software licences.

An iLok account is required. Two activations are provided, with iLok 2/3 USB and iLok Cloud options; current v7 installers also support machine-based activation. Use version 7.3.0 or later for machine activation.
