Product overview

McDSP FutzVerb v7 is a creative reverb and distortion processor. Combine ambience with distortion, device simulation and lo-fi processing in one sound-design tool. FutzVerb builds on FutzBox’s filtering and saturation approach, adding reverb and a sub-octave generator for textures that move well beyond a clean room sound.

Place character inside the reverb

Put Synthetic Impulse Models and lo-fi processing before, after or inside the reverb engine. Shape reflections, modulation and stereo spread, then use gating or ducking to control the tail around the original performance.

Compatibility and licence

This is the Native v7 edition for macOS and Windows, supplied as a digital software licence. Formats: AAX Native, AU and VST3.

An iLok account is required. Two activations are provided, with iLok 2/3 USB and iLok Cloud options; current v7 installers also support machine-based activation. Use version 7.3.0 or later for machine activation.
