Product overview

McDSP 6034 Ultimate Multi-Band v7 is a multiband dynamics processor. Apply different dynamics characters to four frequency bands with the 6034. It brings the compression, expansion and gating modules from the 6050 channel strip into a multiband processor for detailed control of instruments, vocals and mixes.

Audition each band’s response

Swap modules while retaining relative settings to compare their behaviour quickly. Select 6, 12 or 24 dB/octave crossover slopes, then use the band meters to follow level and gain reduction as you balance the result.

Compatibility and licence

Choose the edition for your workflow. Native supports AAX Native, AU and VST3. HD includes those formats and adds AAX DSP support for compatible Pro Tools hardware. Both editions run on macOS and Windows and are supplied as digital software licences.

An iLok account is required. Two activations are provided, with iLok 2/3 USB and iLok Cloud options; current v7 installers also support machine-based activation. Use version 7.3.0 or later for machine activation.
