The Lauten Audio LS-508 Tom Mic is a compact side-address condenser designed for close placement on toms. Its large diaphragm and supercardioid pickup pattern capture the attack, tone and sustain of the drum while helping reduce spill from nearby parts of the kit.

Independent high-pass and low-pass filters allow the sound to be shaped before it reaches the preamp. A robust brass headframe and internal dust protection suit close drum work, while the swivel mount helps position the capsule in tight spaces.
