The Lauten Audio LA-220 V2 is a large-diaphragm FET condenser microphone for vocals and instruments. Its 32 mm centre-terminated capsule uses a cardioid pattern to focus on the source while reducing pickup from behind the microphone.

The transformer-balanced FET signal path makes the LA-220 V2 an approachable studio workhorse. Independent high-pass and low-pass filters let you reduce excess bass or soften a bright source at the microphone, making it easier to find a useful sound before reaching for EQ.
