Ferrofish Pulse 16 MX & RME MADIface USB Bundle

The Ferrofish PULSE16 MX and RME MADIface USB bundle combines 16-channel analogue conversion with flexible USB connectivity for recording, mixing and integrating outboard equipment. Connecting external microphone preamps, synthesisers, mixing consoles and processors to your DAW, it pairs Ferrofish’s dedicated AD/DA converter with RME’s drivers and TotalMix FX routing software.

The PULSE16 MX provides 16 balanced analogue inputs and 16 balanced analogue outputs, with every channel available at up to 24-bit/192 kHz over MADI. Individually adjustable operating levels help match your connected equipment, while twin TFT displays provide clear metering and straightforward configuration. A headphone output lets you check signals directly at the converter, with ADAT and word clock connections offering further integration options.

The compact MADIface USB connects the PULSE16 MX to your Mac or Windows computer via optical MADI and USB 2.0. TotalMix FX provides direct monitoring, independent monitor mixes and flexible routing between your hardware and DAW. With additional compatible converters, the system also offers scope to expand beyond the bundle’s 16 analogue inputs and outputs.
