Black Lion Audio PG-1 MKII UK

Rack-mounted power distribution, filtering and monitoring for a UK 230 V studio system.

Bring the studio’s power connections together

The UK PG-1 MKII provides eight rear outlets and one front outlet. Rear connections suit equipment that remains installed in the rack, while the front outlet offers convenient access for a temporary device. Three isolated outlet banks help organise connected equipment according to its role.

Filtering and surge protection

Black Lion Audio’s PG-99 filtering is combined with 2775-joule surge protection. The unit is designed to provide a central filtered power source for connected studio equipment. Timed high-current outlets support an orderly switching sequence for suitable devices, helping make powering up and down a more deliberate part of the studio routine.

Useful information at a glance

Voltage metering and status alarms provide visibility into the power supplied to the rack. USB charging and an XLR lamp connection add practical front-panel facilities for day-to-day studio use. These details make the conditioner useful as an accessible power-management point as well as a distribution strip.

Choose the correct regional model

This is the UK version for 230 V mains. Check the connected load and each device’s power requirements when planning the installation. It is a power conditioner and distributor, so equipment that requires backup power should still be considered separately. Use it to organise a compatible studio rack around a clear, accessible mains connection.
