It combines note entry, playback and professional engraving facilities in a single workspace. Whether the task begins with a short musical sketch or an extended ensemble work, the score remains the central document from which the performance material is developed.

Write, hear and revise

Enter and edit notation, listen back to passages and make changes as the arrangement takes shape. Playback helps check musical relationships, while a clear notation view keeps attention on what a performer will read. Ultimate supports scores with unlimited staves, making it suitable for larger ensembles as well as more modest instrumental combinations. Its deeper notation controls are particularly useful when the music needs specialist markings or a carefully defined house style.

Prepare material for players

Dynamic parts maintain a connection between the full score and the individual instrumental parts, reducing the amount of repeated editing when the music changes. Layout and engraving tools help manage spacing, page turns and the placement of musical objects. For a composer preparing a rehearsal, that means revisions can be followed through from the master document into practical performance material. For an engraver, the same tools provide scope to refine the visual consistency of an entire publication.

Included in this bundle

This bundle also includes PhotoScore & NotateMe Ultimate and AudioScore Ultimate. PhotoScore & NotateMe Ultimate provides printed and handwritten music recognition so that suitable scans and PDFs can become editable notation. AudioScore Ultimate analyses suitable recordings to provide a starting point for transcription. Recognition results need musical review and correction before use. These are the Ultimate add-on products identified in this listing, rather than the more limited Lite utilities that may accompany the main application.

Licence details and eligibility

This listing supplies a new perpetual software licence. A perpetual licence allows continued use of the software version covered by the entitlement without an ongoing subscription to that core application. It does not promise every future release, permanent access to subscription extras or ongoing support. One year of software updates and support is included with the new perpetual licence. After that period, further updates and support require a renewed plan, while the covered perpetual software remains licensed for continued use.

This education licence is restricted to eligible students and teachers. Academic status must be verified under Avid’s current eligibility rules; this purchase is for an eligible individual rather than an institutional site licence. Education renewals also require continued eligibility.

Compatibility and delivery

Before installation, check the manufacturer’s current compatibility information for the software release you intend to use, including the operating system, processor, memory and any connected equipment. Compatibility with a particular computer or plug-in cannot be inferred from the product name alone. Keep a record of the registered entitlement and use the same account when managing subsequent updates or renewals.

Digitally delivered software licence. No physical box, computer, audio interface, storage system or other hardware is supplied. Register and activate the software using the manufacturer’s supplied instructions. An Avid account is used for Avid product redemption; Neuratron products also follow their applicable registration process.

View the manufacturer’s product and compatibility information.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1008/1216/1407/files/sibelius-ult-perpascpsc-new-product-tile.png?v=1790782902
https://sxpro.co.uk/products/avid-sibelius-ultimate-perpetual-education-student-teacher-with-photoscore-and-audioscore
